DESCRIPTION
JM Clipper Joint Sealant Clipperlon™ 600 is a unique expanded 100% extruded joint sealing. It's fibrillated structure gives it excellent compressibility and high tensile strength which makes it an easy to use form-in-place gasket.
ADVANTAGES
JM Clipper Joint Sealant Clipperlon™ 600 seals with extremely low bolt load which makes it ideal for worn or damaged equipment. It is extremely resistant to cold flow and has improved torque retention characteristics over other PTFE materials. It eliminates the need to cut gaskets, reduces flange sticking, and it's adhesive backing helps hold it in place during installation.
APPLICATIONS
JM Clipper Joint Sealant Clipperlon™ 600 seals virtually every known chemical. It is chemically inert and can be used in applications up to 450°F to 600°F. It can also withstand pressures from vacuum to 3000psi.

HOW TO USE
- Clean Flanges
- Measure the gasket's surface and cut our Clipperlon™ slightly longer
- Remove adhesive backing, stick sealant to the flange, cross the two ends adjacent to two bolt hole
- Tighten the flange using the appropriate bolt load and proper bolting pattern
