Description: The fibrillated structure of JM Clipper Clipperlon 600 results in excellent compressibility and high tensile strength, making it an easy to use form-in-place gasket. Its adhesive backing holds it in place during installation. It is extremely resistant to cold flow and has improved torque retention characteristics over other PRTFE materials.
Applications: JM Clipper Clipperlon 600 seals with extremely low bolt loads, which makes it ideal for worn or damaged equipment. Since the bead of material is applied directly to the sealing surface, it eliminates the need to cut gaskets out of sheet stock, saving material and time; dramatically reducing the cost on large diameter flanges. Flange sticking is eliminate by the 100% PTFE.
